OUR MISSION
The Erico Jr. Foundation (EJF) aims to motivate and inspire young basketball players in Nigeria, West Africa.

We strive to bring hope to underserved communities by impacting lives through the power of sports and physical education.
​
EJF will create and fund opportunities for community engagement and participation in basketball events and initiatives. The goal of these initiatives is to not only provide access to coaching fundamentals and training, but it will also serve as a vehicle to shape the character and develop the growth mindset of young athletes.
OUR MISSION
OUR VISION
As arbiters of this mission, we will provide financial support for basketball-focused camps and clinics led by coaches with professional basketball experience and expertise.
We will deliver basketball shoes garnered through our annual shoe drives so that each attendee will have access to proper footwear for training.
We will provide athletic kits and other gear so that attendees can participate in team scrimmages and spread brand awareness to inspire future attendees.
We will devise and implement a plan to build a youth basketball facility in the next 5 to 6 years.
We will model our values of reflection, evolution, and progress (REAP) on and off of the field of play and be guided by faith, positivity, discipline, and strength of character.
